These tasks inspire you
  • You will get to know all important commercial areas of an industrial company and become a real office all-rounder.
  • You will acquire knowledge and skills in the areas of material and production management, human resources, sales, accounting, and controlling.
  • For the production of our pharmaceuticals, you will procure active ingredients, raw materials, machinery, and labor.
  • You will sell the finished pharmaceuticals and secure sales markets through targeted marketing and customer care.
  • In the process, you will learn all relevant processes and interfaces between departments and can ultimately decide which area you prefer for the future.
Your training
  • The training usually lasts three years with regular alternation between theory and practice.
  • The theoretical part takes place two days a week at the Leopold-Ullstein-Schule vocational school.
  • The practical part takes place in our commercial departments for the remaining three days.
  • Through the regular rotation of departments, approximately every eight weeks, you will receive comprehensive training and exciting insights into a pharmaceutical company.
What sets you apart
  • You have at least a middle school diploma.
  • You have good communication skills in German and English and can demonstrate good performance in mathematics.
  • You have a basic understanding, high motivation, and enthusiasm
