    Oversee and motivate the pastry kitchen production teamSupport in streamlining current process, e.g., accessibility, quality, and production assurance to guarantee best productivitySupport airline presentations as needed (example, support with production of

    products to present to airline clients, and more)Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, and FDA regulationsCover for Head of Pastry when needed, ensuring production and operations run smoothly as well as sending end of shift reportIdentify
