We are currently looking for a Head of General Renovation for the High-Performance Network Stations West (m/f/d) for DB Station&Service AG at our location in Düsseldorf

Your tasks include:

Your mission is to position DB train stations as excellent mobility hubs and effectively manage the necessary construction projects on the highperformance corridors.
You always have our customers, the travelers, in mind, minimize the inconvenience caused by construction measures, and ensure a result that meets the highest standards.
You lead employees, initiate and implement projects from the initiation phase to the planning phase to the execution phase, as well as define, tender, commission, and coordinate services.
Through effective preparation and resource management, you achieve the agreed cost, schedule, and quality goals in the project execution of GBV and inhouse projects, while ensuring compliance with traffic safety obligations during construction.
Legal, regulatory, and corporate guidelines are naturally followed in your projects.
Your team coordinates the commissioning and adequate handover of technically completed systems to the operator.
