Become part of our team in Moorrege as a service assistant (m/f/d) at the customer reception and:
welcome and assist our workshop customers as the first point of contact schedule workshop appointments and create repair pre-orders record vehicle, customer, and order data hand over vehicles to customers and answer general questions about the scope of repairs write invoices and collect payment for services answer phone calls and forward them to the appropriate person perform general office tasks Responsibilities: Service consultation and all related tasks The following skills are required: a successfully completed technical or commercial education (preferably in the automotive industry) commitment and a confident and friendly demeanor a high level of customer and service orientation experience in invoicing repair orders knowledge of PC usage What we offer: A competitive salary A position in a dedicated team
