Elwyn is seeking an
Onboarding Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team and support the hiring of new employees in designed program(s).


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Serve as primary point of contact for all applicants who have been identified for hire
  • Ensure accurate completion of all preemployment screening paperwork.
  • Escalate all issues (convictions, positive drug results) to Talent Acquisition Manager for follow up
  • Complete Hire HRS and submit for entry into Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Attend Day One of New Employee Orientation to assist New Employees with completion of First Day Paperwork
  • Process First Day paperwork according to Elwyn policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two (2) years of experience in Recruitment, Human Resources or other administrative support function required; experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) or other tracking database preferred
  • Demonstrated intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Highly organized with a high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
