This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to manage all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

The HR Manager will ensure that Elin Energy attracts, develops, and retains top talent to support our growth and sustainability goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:


  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.

Employee Onboarding and Development:


  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Employee Relations and Engagement:


  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.

Performance Management:


  • Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work with managers to set clear performance goals and development plans for their teams.
  • Address performance issues in a timely and effective manner.

HR Policies and Compliance:


  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensure the company's practices align with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to keep compensation packages attractive.
  • Manage benefits administration and address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.

HR Metrics and Reporting:


  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR activities, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 58 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or renewable energy sector.
  • Indepth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay:
From $90,000.00 per year
