    Description

    Exciting Job Opportunity at a Leading Company:

    Overview:
    Join our team and get paid up to $24 hourly with full benefits, vacation, and 401K. We are looking for someone with a clean driving record and background (no exceptions) who has the ability to read and takeoff blueprints to fill the role of Measure/Breakout/Order. This position involves measuring, breakout, and ordering for installation by visiting customers' homes and examining the job as per the salesperson's instructions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain branch production timelines efficiently
    • Identify and address potential installation issues
    • Discuss concerns with Operations Superintendent and Regional Operations Manager
    • Use computer systems to break out jobs
    • Organize and order all necessary materials for installation
    • Compile a detailed list of materials for warehouse staging
    • Thoroughly review contracts with customers
    • Ensure positive interactions with customers and employees
    • Prepare and review jobs for CAD, zoning, HOA, and permitting requirements
    • Assist with permit drop off and pick up tasks
    • Provide service support when required
    • Collaborate with subcontractors on technical questions
    • Perform any other assigned duties

    Qualifications:
    Interested candidates should have three to five years of experience in product installation or carpentry. A good understanding of product lines, problem diagnosis, and repair is essential. Proficiency in using various power and hand tools is necessary. Excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge are preferred.

    Performance Expectations:

    • Aim for customer service survey scores of 90% or higher
    • Adhere to project timelines as per branch production schedules
    • Effectively manage inventory and materials based on GDI branch forecasts
