Your mission will include:

Dispatching customer orders
Assigning orders based on routes
Procuring loading space
Economically planning routes
Assigning transport orders, creating vehicle-related documents, and handing them over to drivers
Monitoring contracted transports while adhering to legal requirements
Taking responsibility for solving operational problems throughout the entire transport process
Coordinating billing-related matters with colleagues from the billing and accounting departments

Your superpowers include:

Completed training as a commercial clerk for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d) or relevant experience as a Dispatcher (m/f/d)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
