...Millersburg? As part of our Customer Experience team, you are responsible for the technical onboarding of new customers. You enjoy using your knowledge of IT and healthcare interfaces and feel comfortable communicating with customers. From individual practices to clinics, you primarily work with technical contacts and guide them through the onboarding process so that our configuration experts can implement digital processes together with the customers. In this role, you establish the technical foundations in the areas of interfaces and data import.
