Our company, SFB Fleisch- und Kühlcentrale GmbH & , has been based in Holdorf for many years. We are experts in the field of freshness and offer services related to (deep) freezing, storage, and packaging of fresh goods. We specialize in the temperature-controlled part of the food supply chain, particularly in the deep frozen sector below -18°C.

Responsibilities

Independently and responsibly revise, develop, and optimize the company-specific quality management system according to current quality standards

Ensure support needs in daily operations and compliance with relevant guidelines for occupational safety, hygiene, environment, energy, and quality, including the effective implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the energy management system (EnMS)

Organize and ensure compliant internal and external audits and certifications, as well as the entire QM system (including EnMS meetings)

Independently conduct analyses (e.g. deviation analyses), identify process and system deficiencies, formulate quality objectives, and define action plans to achieve them

Ensure relevant controls, investigations, and conduct system and process audits

Create quality evaluations/statistics/developments, including quarterly reviews for management, and perform hazard analysis to identify critical control points (HACCP, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
