We are currently looking for a 1st level support specialist (m/f/d) for our helpdesk, responsible for technical customer support.

Your responsibilities:

First point of contact for customers in 1st level support
Ticket processing, prioritization, classification, and documentation
Independent resolution of issues / coordination with third parties to resolve support cases
Hardware and software installation and maintenance
Network printer installations
Remote access (e.g. TeamViewer)
Microsoft Office and Windows support (e.g. password resets)
