We are currently looking for a 1st level support specialist (m/f/d) for our helpdesk, responsible for technical customer support.


Your responsibilities:


  • First point of contact for customers in 1st level support
  • Ticket processing, prioritization, classification, and documentation
  • Independent resolution of issues / coordination with third parties to resolve support cases
  • Hardware and software installation and maintenance
  • Network printer installations
  • Remote access (e.g. TeamViewer)
  • Microsoft Office and Windows support (e.g. password resets)

Your profile:


  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • High level of IT affinity beyond that of a standard user
  • Reliability and commitment
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Knowledge of English is a plus
