For our workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM), we are looking for a committed group leader / group assistant (m/f/d) on a permanent and full-time basis with 39 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities
Practical and theoretical instruction of people with disabilities in various tasks and work techniques in a production group
Promotion, qualification and support of people with disabilities in the context of vocational training
Implementation or participation in support planning
Assistance in the conceptual development of the range of services and its implementation
Order processing, organization of production and quality assurance
Coordination and organizational tasks
Completed vocational training
Qualification as a certified specialist for work and vocational promotion in workshops desirable
Experience in production in the workshop area as well as experience in working with people with intellectual and psychological disabilities
Comprehensive skills in report writing
Enjoyment and interest in working for and with people with disabilities
Independent and responsible way
