To support our Human Resources department, we are currently looking for a Recruiter/Active Sourcing Expert (m/f/d) in Munich.


Your responsibilities:

  • With your expertise in active sourcing, you independently search for candidates (employees and managers) from various fields in close collaboration with HR generalists and managers.
  • You identify potential candidates and inspire them for the respective position.
  • You conduct initial job interviews via phone or video calls.
  • You are responsible for building and maintaining a candidate pool.
  • You support the development and implementation of our personnel marketing and employer branding strategy, including social media and university marketing.
  • You assist in the planning and execution of recruiting events, such as career fairs
