Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:

Point of contact for management in all personnelrelated, labor and works council law matters
Proactive support and advice to management on personnel strategic and personnel management issues
Responsible for an optimal recruiting process including job postings, applicant management, interviews in cooperation with the department and targeted onboarding
Participation in the implementation of HR processes such as talent and performance management or succession planning
Identifying and analyzing change needs and supporting change processes
Participation in the implementation of HR projects
