For our subsidiary, ISS Communication Services GmbH, we are looking for a "Mail and Copy Assistant (m/f/d) as a temporary employee (520 Euro basis)".


Your responsibilities

  • Distribution of incoming mail, as well as franking and outgoing mail
  • Conducting small courier services (internal & local area) for reception/customers
  • Receiving and forwarding shipments
  • Supplying copiers and printers with materials
  • Delivering finished prints and copies or preparing them for pickup
  • Digitizing documents

Your profile

  • Successful completion of school
  • Ideally, experience in a mailroom and/or reception
  • Class 3 or B driver's license
