As an all-rounder, you will independently handle processes in logistics, customer experience, and work with the managing director on selected marketing projects.

Ideally, you will grow together with the company and have the opportunity to learn about different departments if interested.


Responsibilities:


  • Logistics: Two days a week (ideally Mon and Thu), you will independently handle orders in our warehouse in Mannheim Käfertal. In addition, you will always keep an eye on our inventory and initiate purchasing processes with our global suppliers.
  • Customer Experience: You will find out how well your packages arrived at the customer through customer emails : ) You can also handle these emails remotely and thus gain a holistic view (product improvements, shipping processes, etc.).
  • Marketing & Other: If you are interested, you can also help out in other areas (marketing, ads, sales, accounting). Especially our social media channels (both customer inquiries and design) are waiting for your creative input.
