Your Responsibilities - You will take on personnel and operational leadership responsibility and build a team consisting of 4-6 project managers and property managers - You will develop foundations and support the team in questions regarding project management and property management - You will lead construction projects, coordinate them and ensure services in the construction sector both internally and externally - You will be responsible for smaller land and legal transactions for GSZ, especially in the exercise of municipal pre-emption rights - You will support GSZ in achieving strategic goals regarding net-zero and biodiversity in the construction sector You bring with you - You have a university or technical college degree or a comparable education in real estate management or construction management - You have professional experience in the field of real estate or construction management
