Description

We are looking for a professional cleaner to provide maintenance or general cleaning services for a construction project in Fairview Beach, VA.

The project will last for 13 months and will involve the construction of 4 cabins, including a changing room (7x2.40m), a dining area (7x2.40m), 4 toilets, 2 showers, and 4 sinks, as well as 3 offices, a meeting room, and 2 additional toilets.

The cleaning frequency will be 2 days a week, with an estimated duration of 1.5 hours per day. The tasks will include sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting the toilets, as well as dusting the office tables. The total area to be cleaned is approximately m2. The client will not provide cleaning materials, so the professional must bring their own. Additional services such as window cleaning and the use of a personal vehicle may be required. The preferred frequency for the service is once or more per week, for approximately 3 hours.

The client does not have a preference for the type of professional, and the service should ideally start on Mondays and Thursdays, either in the morning (8:00-12:00) or overnight (00:00-08:00).

The desired start date for the service is January 8th, 2024. The client's main preference is for a good quality/price ratio.
