Position:
Full-time Technical Manager

We are looking for a Technical Manager (m/f/d) to lead our technical department.


Requirements:

  • Completed engineering degree in building services engineering or equivalent education with relevant practical experience
  • Several years of experience in planning and construction management is advantageous
  • Broad technical knowledge and strong leadership and organizational skills
  • High level of responsibility and commitment
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as assertiveness and sensitivity in interdisciplinary collaboration

Your main responsibilities:

  • You will lead and manage the technical department (T1)
  • You will ensure the maintenance of technical systems in compliance with applicable regulations and oversee maintenance and repair work
  • You will be responsible for cost control and independent organization of internal and external cooperation
  • You will oversee renovation and refurbishment projects in the building services sector in all relevant phases of the HOAI
  • You will fulfill the duties of the energy management officer
