The Weber u. Holler GmbH + Co. KG is a family-owned company specializing in property development and management for both private and commercial clients, located in Garching.

We are currently seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent to join our team as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the realization of new projects
  • Providing support to the management team on various projects and carrying out all project-related tasks
    including scheduling and maintenance
  • Preparing and following up on meetings, as well as taking minutes
  • Organizing and maintaining data; digitizing and archiving plans
  • Conducting apartment handovers and inspections for private tenants

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training as a Real Estate Agent
  • Preferably with some previous experience in the field
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to handle a heavy workload
  • Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to adapt quickly to new and changing tasks, with a sense of discretion
  • Confident and professional with excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a cooperative mindset
