Responsibilities

  • Conducting quality assurance measures for manufacturing processes in the automotive industry according to test specifications
  • Visual and functional checks, as well as measurement tests, on vehicle parts and components in incoming and outgoing goods
  • Reworking/surface processing of components and parts
  • Ensuring the material flow of various parts
  • Documenting errors, test results, and work outcomes
  • Testing and correcting vehicle components in different production stages and various technologies
  • Coordination and reporting to customers/clients
  • Assembly of components
  • Surface checks on painted parts for various paint defects
  • Inspection of transport damages on parts at the OEM and direct suppliers

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training preferred, preferably in a trade such as automotive mechatronics, metalworking, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or any other trade, but not mandatory
  • Ideally, you have some experience in quality control/incoming goods inspection of parts in the automotive or metal industry
  • Good German language skills, written and spoken,
