Description
We are currently seeking a Polish or Foreman for factory support for our prestigious client in the automotive industry in Smith Corner, CA, starting from March 1st, 2023.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating the team of employees
- Creating measurements, constructing and installing structures
- Managing materials
- Planning production and assembly in consultation with project managers
- Preparing and organizing assembly operations
- Monitoring and ensuring an adequate supply of materials and spare parts
Requirements:
- Completed training as a plant mechanic, central heating and ventilation builder, or plumbing installer
- Additional training as a master or technician is preferred
- Experience in technical facility management
