What we offer you:
We offer an interesting, challenging, diverse and practical training in a modern and future-oriented company.

In the training as an insurance and financial services clerk, you will mainly work in the office, but you will also occasionally accompany customer appointments on site.

You can expect a flexible 40-hour week and occasional business trips within Germany.

The training allowance is around 1,040 in the first year and increases to 1,115 in the second year and 1,200 in the third year.

We also offer the possibility to shorten the training to 2.5 years with the appropriate qualifications. Upon completion of the training, you can expect an attractive salary when you join our team. As a young and modern company, we value a good atmosphere and team cohesion. Therefore, we regularly organize team outings.

What we expect from you:
You should have at least a good secondary school leaving certificate. It is helpful if you have already been interested in economics and law in school. You fit in with us if you are careful, punctual and precise. You should have no problem organizing yourself and working in a team. We also expect a high level of initiative and willingness to learn. Ideally, you are proficient in common MS Office programs and have gained some experience with image editing programs. We also see voluntary commitment in your free time as a positive bonus.
