The team leader (m/f/d) has the opportunity for ongoing training and development.

  • Leadership and deployment planning for the team
  • Process planning and ensuring smooth flow of goods along the entire value chain
  • Development of concepts for cost reduction
  • Strategic planning and control
  • Serviceoriented consulting and support for our national and international customers
  • Compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Optimization of existing processes for secure and faster order processing
  • Goaloriented work, including for costs, productivity, accuracy, and punctuality
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Monitoring and controlling KPIs
  • Documentation and reporting
