As a working student (m/f/d) for customer acquisition, you will be responsible for generating new, promising leads. You will actively support in building new business relationships and marketing our comprehensive e-commerce solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation: Identification and approach of potential customers, especially cold calling
  • Customer contact: Building and maintaining customer relationships through active communication, including presence at trade fairs and industry events
  • CRM management: Careful maintenance of our CRM system with all relevant customer information
  • Process optimization: Active participation in shaping and improving our sales and business processes

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills: You are a people person, enjoy making new contacts, and are proactive in approaching others
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to identify and approach potential customers
  • Independence: You work in a structured, responsible, and resultsoriented manner
  • Technical affinity: Proficient in using CRM systems and interested in digital processes
  • Interest in ecommerce: Previous knowledge in ecommerce is a plus
