At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Dispatcher for the DB Regio Bus control center (m/f/d) for NVO Nahverkehr Ostwestfalen at the Münster location.
Your tasks:

You are responsible for the traffic and operational planning of our existing transport services as well as rail replacement services
You are responsible for creating and optimizing vehicle rotations, duty and shift schedules, taking into account regulations from the Working Hours Act, collective agreements, company agreements, financial planning, etc.
You reliably maintain production data in the planning software
You are responsible for determining performance data, statistics, and operational key figures, also as part of medium-term planning
In the event of diversions or closures, you professionally derive appropriate measures
You provide interfaces with updated timetable and rotation data and regularly maintain digital timetable updates
Your tasks also include participating in tenders and projects to increase the productivity and profitability of the company

Your profile:

You have successfully completed vocational training with relevant professional experience in public transport or transport management, e.g. as an office manager or industrial clerk
