Your Main Responsibilities:


  • Consultation for new customers and support for existing customers
  • Consultation and support for our customers in new contracts
  • Professional consultation on our energy product and service portfolio
  • Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
  • Ensuring excellent customer service

What You Bring:


  • Experience in call centers, preferably in the energy sector
  • Strong communication skills and experience in customer contact
  • Ability to effectively convey complex information
  • Independent, reliable work style with a strong customer focus
