JOB DESCRIPTION


The Enrollment and ISP Supervisor is responsible to effectively support the entire enrollment process from program introduction to DDD authorization and to create a positive and organized enrollment experience for all new program members, their families, and the OSBI staff who will support the member's daily programing.

After a member has completed the on-boarding process, and ISP goals have been developed, the Enrollment and ISP Supervisor is responsible for the ongoing monitoring and submission of reports of progress on ISP goals and objectives and quarterly meetings of the ISP Team.

As the main contact between our program, DDD and our families, this position is critical to the success of our organization carrying out the OSBI Mission and of ensuring the success of OSBI Programs and Services.


JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Administrative experience.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disability or a similar vulnerable population.
  • Proficient in computer use (Microsoft Office Applications & scheduling software).
  • Demonstration of effective skills in leadership, innovation, reliability, and effective communication.
  • Very strong organizational and inventory skills.
  • Ability to acquire knowledge of DDD and State regulations and best practices and demonstrate implementation of these regulations and practices.
  • Good driving record; must pass MVR inquiry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Guide the enrollment process from beginning to end, including participation in member recruitment efforts, presentation of member profiles to OSBI team, finalization of enrollment process and scheduling with Parent/Guardian, receiving program supervisor, and Transportation Manager.
  • Actively serve as the OSBI Liaison for the annual ISP Process: facilitate attendance of stakeholders at the Annual ISP Meeting, collaborate with DDD Support Coordinator, relevant program leaders, and members and families to develop meaningful ISP goals and objectives consistent with the development interests, aptitudes, and needs of the member, and to set authorizations to allow OSBI to provide programs and services to address these goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely program member files and records in accordance with DDD specifications and One Step Beyond Policies and Procedures (Member intake information, onboarding processes, ISP goal development and updates, authorizations, progress reports)
  • Participate in regular correspondence with program members, families, and program directors and supervisors to ensure appropriate and sufficient progress is being made by participants in regard to Day Program, Vocational, and Culinary goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and computer and record keeping skills.
  • Project a professional, knowledgeable, and capable image consistent with the One Step Beyond mission in public interactions.
  • Consider the welfare, growth, and development of program members as a top priority in all organizational and program decision making, planning, and development.
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with members and parents/guardians to address concerns, maintain positive relationships, and serve as an advocate for members and a resource for parents/guardians.
  • Collaborate with Program Leaders to ensure that members' placement recommendations and ISP goals are being addressed and that all required ISP planning and reporting is completed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Handle difficult situations with a positive attitude by actively seeking problem resolution, creative solutions, and program and organizational enhancements to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Partner with OSBI Leadership team on development and implementation of recruitment efforts and enrollment processes to achieve enrollment goals based on annual budget and openings in programs.
  • Collaborate with all OSBI Enrollment Departments to ensure cohesiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay:
$16.50 per hour
