Job Description:

Conduct independent tests of the electrical and mechanical safety of active (powered) medical devices according to relevant product standards (e.g.

IEC , IEC , IEC ) Perform product tests in a modern, well-equipped electrical engineering laboratory Test performance parameters, usability studies, and software documentation according to international standards Thoroughly carry out international approval procedures for active medical devices (CB certification, NRTL certification) Project management and preparation of test reports Responsible evaluation of technical documentation according to medical device regulations Communication with medical device manufacturers on project-related topics Independent execution of inspections at manufacturing facilities

Qualifications:
Successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in the field of medical technology, electrical engineering, physics, or a comparable discipline In-depth knowledge of electronics, measurement technology, medical technology, and/or risk analysis Ideally, experience in product testing of electrical devices according to relevant product-specific IEC standards Independent, accurate, and precise work ethic, as well as empathy and sensitivity in customer interactions Enthusiasm, team orientation, flexibility, and a convincing demeanor Fluent in German and English Proficient in common MS Office applications Valid driver's license
