Responsibilities:

Creation, validation, and analysis of monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets, as well as deriving recommendations and market trends
Analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, and developing measures to achieve company goals
Further development, optimization, and automation of reporting and commercial processes
Consulting with management and individual departments
Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting

Qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable education with a focus on controlling, finance, and/or accounting
Several years of relevant work experience, preferably in an agency or advertising/media industry, as well as proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), controlling tools, and DATEV
Structured, goaloriented, and implementationfocused work style with a handson mentality
Entrepreneurial, analytical, and strategic thinking and acting, as well as a high level of personal responsibility and results orientation
Communication and negotiation skills combined with cooperation and assertiveness
