Your role

As a recipe tester (m/f/d/x), you will take on responsibility from day 1 in a dynamic work environment and act as a crossfunctional interface to the teams in purchasing, recipe development, and menu planning.
You will work in the Culinary Development & Optimization team.
You will learn from collaborating with experts in their fields and have the opportunity for continuous professional development.

Your responsibilities

Planning the final recipe tests on a weekly basis in coordination with the recipe development team
Thoroughly testing recipes with a focus on ensuring quality and consistency from the customer's perspective
Providing relevant, constructive, and datadriven feedback on recipes
Developing improvement suggestions for quality management, knowledge about our customers, and focusing on internal
