Therapy Planning (m/f/d)
part-time 20 hours (possible increase), permanent

Job Description


Your tasks:


  • Softwarebased planning of medically prescribed therapies for our inpatients
  • Creating patient and therapy plans
  • Managing master data
  • Coordinating all appointments between patients and therapists
  • Planning of ward rounds
  • Utilizing all available therapy options and optimizing therapy capacities
  • Collaboration with colleagues in our interdisciplinary team
Qualifications


Your profile:


  • You have previous experience in therapy planning (an advantage, but not a requirement / possibly even the planning program Reha
