Job Description

Technical management of E/E systems in automotive thermal management
Planning and controlling system development scope (including testing and simulation)
Preparation of system specifications considering customer requirements and internal platform architectures
Leading technical discussions with customers
Coordinating implementation with internal software and hardware teams, as well as external partners
Analyzing systemlevel function deviations and developing corrective measures with involved development disciplines
Supporting sales and project management in proposal creation

Qualifications

Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent education
Solid professional experience in HW/SW development for automotive control units
Proficient in requirements analysis methodology using tools such as DOORS or PTC Integrity
Strong knowledge of process and technical system representation using common modeling techniques such as SysML
Solid knowledge of ASPICE
Knowledge of functional safety (ISO and cybersecurity is desirable
Excellent organizational skills, high level of independence and initiative
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Experience with customers from the VW Group is a plus
