    Sport Auto Group is looking for experienced Business Development Representatives to join our growing team. At a time when most businesses are shrinking, we are expanding. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with current and potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sales and/or BDC. You will be responsible for providing the ultimate customer experience to all of our current and future clients. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you.     Responsibilities

    • Contact potential clients as well as current clients through calls, text, and emails
    • Present our company and process
    • Identify client needs and assist accordingly
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
    • Proactively seek new opportunities in the market
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services
    • Bi-lingual is preferred

    Skills

    • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
    • Be coach-able
    • Experience with CRM software preferred
    • Familiarity with basic computer programs and functions
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Great attitude and a willingness to succeed
    • Proven work ethic
