Your tasks

  • You are responsible for project management of our construction projects in the region.
  • You create construction schedules for our construction sites.
  • You plan and coordinate trades, monitor adherence to cost plans, and ensure compliance with quality requirements according to our construction and installation regulations and work planning.
  • You communicate with the involved craftsmen and our clients, make agreements, and document them in writing.
  • You conduct inspections of our ongoing construction sites.
  • You prepare construction progress reports and submit them to the accounting department for invoicing.
  • You always have an overview of the status of all construction sites.
  • You address warranty issues, taking into account all economic and customer-oriented aspects. You mediate between customers and craftsmen in a customer-oriented conflict management approach.
  • You are the solution-oriented contact person for all parties involved in the construction process regarding technical questions.
  • You conduct construction acceptance inspections with our clients.

Your profile

  • You have a master's degree in construction trade (e.g. carpenter master, bricklayer and concrete builder master), a university degree in civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing.), or a degree as a construction technician.
  • Several years of experience
