As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking two new Export Administrators (m/f/d) to join our team in Matewan, WV.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our export partners in selected target countries
  • Processing incoming orders and handling export deliveries
  • Creating export, shipping, and customs documents
  • Communicating with freight forwarders and partners
  • Handling customer complaints

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. in foreign trade, import/export, logistics, freight forwarding, or customs)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of customs regulations
  • Fluent in German and English, additional languages are desirable (especially French
