Your tasks:

Further development and optimization of (digital) HR processes, including key user function for our digital HR tools (e.g. improving the evaluation options of our recruiting tool, streamlining routine processes, etc.)
Support and followup of the international implementation of our organizational management and ongoing maintenance of our organizational charts on an international level
Preparation of information for audits in the area of "sustainability and working conditions"
Standardization and maintenance of templates, as well as establishment of uniform evaluation tools
Participation in other HRrelated projects as agreed upon

Your profile:

Several years of relevant professional experience in human resources, particularly first experience in digitalization and process representation, as well as project work
Education or degree with a commercial background ideally with a focus on human resources
In addition to experience with MS Office, knowledge of Visio, Miro, and SAP HR is advantageous
Communication skills in both German and English
