The CJD offers young and adult individuals orientation and future opportunities every year. At the CJD Vocational Training Center in Frechen, 250 young women and men live and learn during their rehabilitation. They complete initial vocational training in over 30 professions. Do you enjoy organizing and coordinating tasks and taking on responsibility?

  • Dual vocational training for young people with learning difficulties and/or mental illnesses in the field of gardening and landscaping
  • Teaching vocational training content according to the training framework plan in the professions of gardener (specializing in gardening and landscaping) and worker in horticulture (specializing in gardening and landscaping)
  • Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team and collegial exchange of information
  • Planning, organizing, and implementing cross-departmental projects
  • Teaching specialized theory and practice in individual support and development classes
  • Completion of a master's degree in gardening and landscaping
  • Qualification as a trainer according to the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance (AEVO)
  • Experience in teaching vocational training content (theory/practice) to young people with learning difficulties and/or mental illnesses
  • Strong organizational skills combined with holistic thinking
  • Goal-oriented, meticulous individual with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proactive work style
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
