Your responsibilities:

Implementation of measures for quality assurance and practice development
Conducting training and seminars
Care process management
Participation in measures for organizational development
Project management

Your profile:

Training as a nursing specialist, geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, or health and pediatric nurse, or Bachelor of Nursing/Nursing Management/Nursing Science/APN
At least 2 years of practical work experience in the learned profession
Solid IT skills/Office knowledge
Expertise and methods in other areas of nursing practice as well as in communication, moderation, and presentation techniques
Knowledge of project management
