Responsibilities:

The HR Analytics & Visualization team is evolving into a Data Lab for HR.

As the central contact for Advanced Analytics, Predictive Analytics, AI, and Process Mining, we use data to make HR work more measurable, smarter, and more efficient.

Our HR TEC department is responsible for redesigning the process and IT landscape in HR. We promote digitalization and work towards making HR a data-driven organization.


Join us in building the HR Analytics & Visualization team and laying the foundations for HR and the business to make better decisions and offer attractive services to our customers and employees through systematic data analysis.

**These challenges await you: - Independent identification, coordination, and implementation of complex HR Analytics projects with a focus on advanced and predictive analytics, as well as AI

  • Programming and participation in advanced analytics projects (machine learning, statistical tests)
  • Optimization of processes through complex process analyses and process mining
  • Consulting and support for departments worldwide in the use and utilization of HR data within legal and corporate initiatives
  • Interface between HR and other stakeholders such as IT, business units, legal, works council, and external partners
  • Codevelopment of the HR Analytics vision & strategy for the entire Mercedes-Benz Group
  • Participation in the development and operation of the Data Factory ITP & HR, including the establishment of a data pipeline for HR Analytics
  • Codevelopment and operation of a quality gate for analytics projects and development of standardized methodological standards for HR Analytics
