Description
We are currently seeking Verfahrensmechaniker/innen in the stone and earth industry with a specialization in building materials. In this role, you will be responsible for producing hydraulic binders such as cement, lime, dolomite, and gypsum. Using highly automated systems, you will control and monitor each step of the production process.

This includes operating conveyor systems to transport raw materials from quarries, conducting quality control checks through measurements and sample analysis, and adjusting machine settings if necessary.

You will also be responsible for properly storing and loading or packaging intermediate and final products, as well as cleaning and maintaining production equipment.


Requirements for this position include a high school diploma and the ability to work with caution and responsibility, especially during tasks such as drilling and blasting.

Attention to detail and observation skills are also important for monitoring machines and equipment. A strong mechanical aptitude and technical understanding will be necessary for tasks such as repairs and maintenance. Quick decision-making and reaction time will be needed in case of any malfunctions. Precision and accuracy are crucial when programming process sequences.

Knowledge in subjects such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, and technology will be beneficial for tasks such as calculating areas, volumes, weights, and mixing ratios for concrete components, reading hydraulic system diagrams, and analyzing product samples in the company laboratory.
