Good afternoon, my name is Miguel Navas and I am 45 years old. Almost a year ago, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer with bone metastasis. With treatments, I am doing well, but in the last few months I have been experiencing lower back pain that doesn't seem to go away completely. Additionally, being on medical leave has led to a sedentary lifestyle which I do not enjoy or feel good about. I would like to get some information as I have never been to a personal trainer before.
