Your Tasks:

Support in direct approach of candidates on social networks
Organization of job interviews in close collaboration with applicants, recruiters, and departments
Booking of meeting rooms and organization of catering services
Maintenance of our onlinebased applicant management system (e.g. creating and publishing job advertisements)
Communication with applicants, both by phone and in writing
Support in recruiting or employer branding projects

Your Profile:

Ongoing studies in a business, psychology, or similar field
Ideally, first experience in HR, especially in recruiting and active sourcing
Good knowledge of MS Office
Service orientation and a friendly and respectful approach to applicants and departments
Exceptional organizational skills and a structured and conscientious way of working
