We are looking for multiple
Machine Operators (m/f/d) for a long-term assignment with the best chance of being hired by a globally operating corporation, offering top conditions in Fürth.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Setting up, adjusting, operating, and maintaining multistage presses
  • Conducting necessary repairs and troubleshooting
  • Conducting quality control checks and ensuring compliance with quality standards and production targets

We expect the following from you:

  • Completed technical training as a machine and equipment operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or toolmaker (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in production at an industrial company as a press setter or similar role is advantageous
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work in shifts
