Description

The PNI department develops network interfaces (VN products) that analyze bus systems such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet and make them available to a PC via USB, PCIe, and Ethernet.

Your task is to develop an electronics system that can switch and test connections to various devices using a relay matrix.

You will design the circuit diagram, oversee the layout, commission the electronics, and write a small control software for the integrated microcontroller.

Afterwards, you will test the entire device for its functions and transmission properties.

During the internship, you will learn, among other things:

  • The process of complete electronics development
  • How to use development tools for circuit diagrams, layouts, and software development
  • How to use modern measurement technology
  • RFcompliant circuit design for highspeed interfaces
This position can also be filled as a working student position.

It is important to us that you get to know working at Vector on site.

In order to balance your studies and work, we offer mobile work after individual coordination and depending on the specific task.

Please note that pure remote work is not possible.


Your profile:

  • Studying electrical engineering or a comparable degree program
  • Basic programming skills in C
  • Ideally, some experience in circuit diagram development
  • Good German and English skills
