Our customers from various industries find suitable candidates through us - day after day

YOUR TASKS
HERE'S AN OVERVIEW...

  • You make phone calls to potential new customers who have already had initial contact with us (no field work)
  • In conversations to determine their needs, you find out what the customer really needs
  • Your goal is to make an impact on the customer and build a relationship with them
  • If the conditions are right, you schedule a video call appointment for our closers (no sales on the phone)
  • You carefully maintain our CRM system this includes documenting conversations
