For our client, a medium-sized IT service provider in the heart of Düsseldorf, we are looking for a full-time employee for the purpose of permanent employment:

1st Level Support Staff (m/f/d)

Your future responsibilities:

You will be the first point of contact for IT issues for our corporate clients and handle them via ticket system.
You will operate with Windows remotely on the respective hardware and solve minor problems on your own.

What sets you apart:

You enjoy communicating you are able to listen and understand the essentials, as well as ask targeted questions to get a diagnosis.

What is more important to us is that you have an IT affinity or experience in the IT field and enjoy using it to help others.
English skills beyond basic school level are highly desirable.
