For our client, a medium-sized IT service provider in the heart of Düsseldorf, we are looking for a full-time employee for the purpose of permanent employment:

1st Level Support Staff (m/f/d)

Your future responsibilities:


  • You will be the first point of contact for IT issues for our corporate clients and handle them via ticket system.
  • You will operate with Windows remotely on the respective hardware and solve minor problems on your own.

What sets you apart:


  • You enjoy communicating you are able to listen and understand the essentials, as well as ask targeted questions to get a diagnosis.

  • What is more important to us is that you have an IT affinity or experience in the IT field and enjoy using it to help others.
