JYSK has recently established itself as a name in the German market, but its approximately 960 stores have a long tradition in Germany.

In order to successfully lead the company into the future with a new look and feel, we will not only redesign and design all of our stores in the coming years, but also continue to expand.

Our regional development teams are responsible for developing several hundred store projects each year and are the first point of contact for our location development.

These are your tasks:

Support in location search and strategic expansion planning
Processing of property offers and creation of various analyses
Participation in the creation of decision templates and presentations
Interface to landlords*, property managers*, developers* and internal departments
Review and followup of lease agreements, as well as creation of lease amendments
Data maintenance in systems and monitoring of deadlines and conditions
Attendance of onsite appointments in the Saxony, Hesse, and Thuringia region
