For our client, a rehabilitation clinic in southern Germany, we are looking for a Chief Physician (m/f/d) for orthopedics. The modern facility specializes in the treatment and therapy of approximately 300 patients and offers various specialized departments. The clinic is located near Lake Constance, which borders Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, providing excellent opportunities for leisure activities. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - CHALLENGING AND DIVERSE * Care and treatment of patients * Management and development of the department * Organization of the department and leadership of a multidisciplinary treatment team * Cooperation with payers and referrers YOUR PROFILE - PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL * Specialist (m/f/d) in orthopedics and trauma surgery * Rehabilitation experience is desirable * Strong leadership and organizational skills * Fluent in German and English
