What you'll do


As a working student in the global delivery unit at SAP Signavio, you will play a crucial role in delivering valuable content and best practices to our customers.

This will help them accelerate their transformation journey and achieve faster time to value.

  • You will support the content delivery process by creating and delivering assets and documentation, aligning with stakeholders, and conducting testing
  • Ensure timely and complete delivery of items from stakeholders
  • Assist with onboarding new content and review/testing the quality of developed content
  • Contribute to defining requirements and backlog (using JIRA)
  • Test and ensure the quality of content for consumption
  • Support the creation of deliveryrelated documentation
  • Help improve existing content according to quality standards
  • Assist in transforming existing process models to meet new requirements and ensure content quality
  • Support enablement activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to creating externalfacing documents to support the use of Value Accelerators

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation 2.0 (BPMN 2.0) and Enterprise Architecture is required
  • Experience in business process management (BPM) and handson experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager or similar modeling tools is preferred
  • Language skills: excellent verbal and written communication in English, German is a plus
  • Soft skills: team player
